The award was created to focus on a professional photographer who is involved in the community and works with charities. Jeremy was selected for his work with Help-Portrait and his humanitarian efforts in Haiti, Rwanda and other projects. This recognition was created by photography industry icon Monte Zucker. Zucker, legendary in the industry as an educator, mentor, author and philanthropist, passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2007.
